Do I have to register?

Making a purchase on our site is very simple. You can purchase as a registered user, therefore by accessing your account, or as a visitor user.

 

How can I place an order?

  • Select the product you like, choose any options and then click on “add to cart”.
  • You can add other products. When you have finished shopping click on “proceed to checkout”.
  • Enter your address which will be used both as a personal address (for the invoice) and as a delivery address. If the delivery address is different from the billing address, uncheck the “Also use this address for the invoice” option.
  • It is important to enter a telephone number that can always be reached. It can be used by the courier in case you are not at the indicated destination.
  • Choose the shipping method.
  • Choose the payment method you want to use.
  • At this point you will see the summary of your data. If you have a discount coupon to use, enter it.
  • You can complete the order by clicking on “complete the order”.
  • We will send you a confirmation email to the address you entered during the purchase. If you do not see it, try checking the Spam folder. In the summary email you can check all the details relating to your order.
  • At this point you will not be able to add other items to your order. If you want to buy other products you can place another order.
  • After completing the order it is not possible to change the shipping address .

  

Can I make a complaint?

If an item you receive is defective, you can make a claim by contacting our customer service using one of the contact methods found at the bottom of this page.

  

Can I cancel an order or remove individual items?

To cancel an entire order or to cancel one or more items, contact our customer service using one of the contact methods found at the bottom of this page. Select the order reference or indicate it in the message text. You can use this option for a limited period, that is, before the order is prepared. After the order has been prepared, it will no longer be possible to cancel it or remove individual items.

 

I used a discount coupon, if I cancel the order will I still be able to use it?

Canceling the entire order may result in you losing the discount coupon you used.

Orders for which you have used a discount coupon can only be cancelled in full. It is not possible to remove individual items.

Within 24 hours of canceling the order, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation of the order.

  

Can I reserve an item?

On our site it is not possible to reserve one or more items.

You can add one or more items to your wish list or cart, but this is not equivalent to having reserved them. In fact, another user could purchase them before you, in which case you will no longer see them in your wish list or cart.

  

How can I find the article I am interested in?

There are several search methods available on our site.

  • Search by keyword: enter a keyword in the search field located at the top right. The keyword can be a brand, a color, a material, a category or an article code that you can find in the "Product Details" section.
  • Search by menu: choose from the main categories.
  • Search by filter: within each category you can refine your choice using the search filters. This way you can combine the different criteria to find what you were looking for more quickly.
