Preparation, Tracking, and Notifications

Preparation times are fast: orders received by 10:30 AM are shipped the same day, otherwise, shipping will take place within the next working day (excluding weekends and holidays). These timeframes refer to internal management and are in addition to the courier's transport times.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the package is shipped. At the time of shipment, you will receive tracking information along with updates via email and, where available, via SMS.
