Important note on returns and withdrawals

Please carefully check the initials you entered before confirming your order. Since this is a custom service, it is not possible to cancel the customization once it has started.

Terms and Conditions (Point 13.4 - Exclusions):
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and that have been opened or whose seal has been removed or tampered with after delivery (Article 59 of the Consumer Code), as well as to the supply of custom-made or personalized goods.
